At ANU, we are taking action on environmental sustainability, responding to climate change, biodiversity loss and unsustainable resource use with urgency.

Our strategy is guided by three priorities that drive our approach: Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Circular Economy. Our vision is to empower our community to lead on environmental sustainability by embedding it across our planning and decision-making, operations, research and teaching to enable meaningful action. By engaging with our research and teaching, we aim to generate knowledge, test solutions and contribute to the global transition to a low-carbon, nature-positive and resource-efficient future.
